Bude Canal Regeneration Project Stage 2
Bude Canal Regeneration Project Stage 2 has been awarded a priority 5.2 and 5.5 grant. The aim of this project is to uplift the economy of the Bude and North Tamar area by regenerating the Bude Canal as a major focus for sustainable tourism. The project will restore and enhance the Bude canal network and establish circular walks to increase the number of visitors, visitor spend and to extend the season into shoulder months.

Newquay Airport Stage 2 Developments
Newquay Airport has been awarded a priority 2.4 grant. This project will allow the council to prepare for transfer of the site from the MOD and also plan for possible partnership arrangements for the airport’s continued operation.

Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 2.4 grant. This project plans effectively for the long term future of the commercial airport.

Newquay Airport Phase 1
Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 2.4 grant. This project is to make improvements to Newquay Cornwall International Airport in order to accommodate the forecast growth in passenger numbers of the next 5 years. Phase 1 will bring improvements to the existing terminal buildings and aprons.
