Hayle THI
Penwith District Council have been awarded a priority 2.2 grant to regenerate the physical environment and improve the quality of the built heritage in Hayle Town centre. The vision is for Hayle to become percieved as a historic location of high quality and local distinctiveness, attractive to investors and visitors as well as local residents, the THI forms a part of the wider regeneration of Hayle which aims to increase economic activity and improve the environment and functioning of the town as a whole.
