Rezolve Kernow has been awarded a priority 4.1 grant. The project is for the creation of a reuse and re-cycling centre covering East Cornwall to divert bulky household waste from land fill through the re-use and recycling of unwanted goods collected from local residents.

The Fresh and Freeze Company Ltd has been awarded a priority 4.7 grant. The aim of this project is for the Fresh and Freeze Company Limited, a fish processing business, to purchase and install a fish filleting machine.

Vessel Modernisation: Alice Louise FEP 935
Alice Louise of Newlyn has been awarded a priority 4.7 grant. The aim of this project is install an autopilot system on board the vessel. This will improve the safety and working conditions for the skipper as well has reduce the amount of fuel used and the total pollution emissions.

EIA for the dredging of Falmouth Harbour
EIA for the dredging of Falmouth Harbour has been awarded a priority 2.4 grant. This project is for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of dredging a deep channel in preparation for planned far reaching improvements to the cruise terminal facilities and navigation at Falmouth.

The Sundowner has been awarded a priority 4.7 grant. The aim of this project is to install a gunwale roller, new pot hauler and console and a baiting table aboard the vessel.

Development of St Austell Enterprise Park
The development of St Austell Enterprise Park has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. The aim of the project is the provision of a range of high quality, contemporary, sustainable office and industrial units overlooking St Austell Bay. The enterprise park will be built on a speculative basis in response to the widely acknowledged market failure of high demand for such units and a lack of premises within the St Austell area, and throughout Cornwall.

Bude Canal Regeneration Project Stage 2
Bude Canal Regeneration Project Stage 2 has been awarded a priority 5.2 and 5.5 grant. The aim of this project is to uplift the economy of the Bude and North Tamar area by regenerating the Bude Canal as a major focus for sustainable tourism. The project will restore and enhance the Bude canal network and establish circular walks to increase the number of visitors, visitor spend and to extend the season into shoulder months.

Penwerris Neighbourhood Pride
Penwerris Neighbourhood Pride has been awarded a priority 4.1 grant. The aim of this project is to establish a social enterprise business with the Penwerris ward of Falmouth, providing gardening and handyman services to the area and helping the tenants and residents to live a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Charella of Shoreham has been awarded a priority 4.7 grant. The project purchased an onboard scallop sorter to increase the value of the catch.

St Austell Civic Pride
St Austell Civic Pride project has been awarded a priority 5.5 grant. The project is focused on St Austell town centre and the key arrival corridors to the town. It comprises a comprehensive package of works to improve paving, planting, lighting, building frontages, signs, seating and ancillary structures in the town centre streets. In addition the proposals also introduce 'garden gateways' that mark the transition from the surrounding roads to the main Civic Pride area. This is phase one of a five phase programme of works to improve the town centre of St Austell.

Stithians Resource centre project has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. This project will provide a multi-purpose community building in the centre of Stithians. The project will acquire, refurbish and extend a historic building allowing it to meet modern day requirements.

Blacker Sheep Natural Fibres
Blacker Sheep Natural Fibres project has been awarded a priority 4.6 grant. The aim of this project is to buy, relocate and upgrade a spinning business currently in Wales. This will add value to local fibre, including new markets of organic wool/ alpaca fleece and stimulate demand for Cornish Fibre as well as improving quality and returns, and a variety of products.

Geevor Tin Mine Stage 1
Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 5.2 grant. The overall project aims to create a new purpose built museum of hard rock mining at Geevor in addition to safeguarding the distinctive buildings and landscape at Geevor and Levant tin mines. Under stage 1 the design and specification works for the conversion of a redundant mine building, the Top Fitting Shop, to house the museum will be undertaken.

Devon and Cornwall Housing Association has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. This project will construct a building for the purpose of training to help increase the levels of literacy and numeracy within the local community by providing the accommodation for service providers to deliver training to the local and wider community and businesses in Padstow and St Merryn. It will support the needs of 16-25 year olds with lifestyle and vocational training. This project will develop and enhance tourism in NE Caradon and the Tamar Valley, based around the areas mining heritage & natural environment. This includes improving 7 mining sites, creating 19.9km Copper Mining Trail, building the Tamar Valley Centre & 150m2 of workshops and offices in Callington Old Clink.

Cornish Language Development
Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 5.1 grant. This project will begin the implementation of the Cornish Language Development Strategy and test the assumptions made within it. The project will establish a work programme for the future through which Cornish can contribute to the cultural, economic and social growth of the region and will also include baseline research.
