For business to be competitive and up to date, it is essential
that employees have access to the relevant training to keep
their skills current. Without properly trained employees,
businesses cannot be as competitive as they might be.
The projects in the Training and Skills investment cluster
are all about training, retaining and upskilling people to
meet the needs of businesses now and in the future.
The projects in this investment cluster have invested in
both facilities to provide training and of course the training
itself.
