Rezolve Kernow
Rezolve Kernow has been awarded a priority 4.1 grant. The project is for the creation of a reuse and re-cycling centre covering East Cornwall to divert bulky household waste from land fill through the re-use and recycling of unwanted goods collected from local residents.

Vessel Modernisation: Charella of Shoreham FEP 905
Charella of Shoreham has been awarded a priority 4.7 grant. The project purchased an onboard scallop sorter to increase the value of the catch.

Mount Edgcumbe Heritage Project
Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 5.2 grant. This project conserves and restores the Barrow Park outbuildings in order to provide improved visitor facilities, interpretation and accessibility in the historic core of Mount Edgcumbe Country Park. The project will also improve the appearance, public safety and links to public transport at Cremyll quayside.

Well Being Centre Office Suite Generation
Mr Geoffrey Teasdale has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. This project creates a new officer suite in Liskeard.

East Cornwall Regeneration Project
Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 5.2 and 5.5 grant. This project will develop and enhance tourism in NE Caradon and the Tamar Valley, based around the areas mining heritage & natural environment. This includes improving 7 mining sites, creating 19.9km Copper Mining Trail, building the Tamar Valley Centre & 150m2 of workshops and offices in Callington Old Clink.

Caradon Rural Outreach Project
Caradon District Council has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. This is a pilot project from the ODPM to deliver the e-innovation programme. It will create 11 virtual training areas and deliver training via video conferencing.

Caradon Integrated Area Plan Phase Two
Caradon District Council has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. The project will provide continued support for an IAP team who will continue to undertake both the coordination and the direct delivery of the IAP for Caradon. The team will consist of a Programme Manager, a Facilitator and a Project and Finance Assistant who will be responsible for both administrative functions and basic work with community groups. The Head of Economic and Community Services at Caradon District Council will provide overall management.

Ginsters' has been awarded a priority 1.4 grant. This project will increase the production capacity at the Ginsters site to develop a new product range, which will in turn utilise more local raw ingredients.

Mr A Jackson has been awarded a priority 4.6 grant. The project funded a new packing/processing factory and administrative centre.

Looe Economic Regeneration Scheme
Caradon District Council have been awarded a priority 4.8 grant to revitalise key elements of the Looe conservation area. The project will have the dual benefit of improving the economic potential of the town by bringing unused or under used employment space to full productive use whilst simultaneously upgrading and preserving heritage buildings which contribute to the distinctiveness of the town of Looe and provide a better environment for visitors.

Hall Barton Farm has been awarded a priority 4.6 grant. This project is a farm diversification project with the aim of processing milk into cream, yoghurt and other related products.
