Central Food Production Unit (CFPU)
CFPU has been awarded a priority 4.9 grant to create and equip a 2400msq food production unit to provide local and responsible food products for patients in the healthcare environment.

Stithians Resource Centre
Stithians Resource centre project has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. This project will provide a multi-purpose community building in the centre of Stithians. The project will acquire, refurbish and extend a historic building allowing it to meet modern day requirements.

New Connection Engagement Project
New Connection has been awarded a priority 4.1 grant. This project will give added value to The New Connection's Big Lottery funded Client Development Co-ordinator by creating a new Structured Programme Co-ordinator role.

All Saints Church Community Centre
All Saints Church community centre has been awarded a priority 4.1grant. The project will continue to fund the Development Co-ordinator post (Full Time) and increases the post of Centre Administrator to full time for the community centre in Tuckingmill.

Mawnan Smithy
Mawnan Anvil Smithy has been awarded a priority 5.5 grant. The project restores the historic smithy at Mawnan Smith to full use and building two workshops for creative business start ups.

Major Projects Team, Camborne, Pool, Redruth
CPR Regeneration has been awarded a priority 2.2 grant. This project will form a team which will consist of a Planning and Development Manager, an Urban Designer, A Development Assistant & an Admin Assistant. The team will facilitate the administrative processes for major projects in CPR.

WJ Oliver and Sons have been awarded a priority 4.9 grant. This project will expand the pack house facilities to enable the supply of value added Cornish produce.

Midas Commercial Developments has been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. This project is a speculative development of 11 industrial/ business units totalling 3,864 sq m within use classes B1, B2 and B8 at Wilson Way, Barncoose Industrial Estate, Redruth.

Helston Townscape Heritage Initiative
Kerrier District Council has been awarded a priority 5.5 grant. This project will develop and enhance the public realm and historic environment within the designated conservation area of Helston.

Barncoose Link Road Project
Kerrier District Council has been awarded a priority 2.4 grant. This project is to construct a short (400m) section of road in Redruth to link Barncoose Terrace to Wilson Way to provide alternative access to Barncoose Industrial Estate to open up the estate for development.

Mrs Kessell has been awarded a priority 4.7 grant. This project converts a disused outbuilding into a crab processing unit.

Mr T Roskilly has been awarded a priority 4.9 grant. This project provides increased and sustainable new processing capacity to increase year around employment opportunities on the farm and use more locally sourced ingredients.

Cornwall Union Learning Network
South West TUC has been awarded a priority 3.3 grant. The project funded the Cornwall Union Learning Network to support the existing network of Union Learning Reps (ULRs), work with trade unions and employers to train and support new ULRs in SMEs, develop ULRs to work with business clusters and manage a training subsidy available to SMEs.

Kerrier District Council have been awarded a priority 4.8 grant. The project employed a team to work closely with a wide range of statutory, community and voluntary organisations to facilitate planning, funding and implementation.

National Trust have been awarded a priority 5.2 grant. The project funded a study into the physical, environmental, social and economic management of Mullion Harbour.

Redruth HERS
Kerrier District Council have been awarded a priority 2.2 grant. The project targeted and engaged property owners/leaseholders to improve the Town Centre Conservation Area including quality building repairs, reinstatement of architectural detail and bringing buildings and vacant floor space back into use.

Cornwall Youth Service have been awarded a priority 3.4 grant. The project offered flexible training, work experience and qualifications in an equal opportunities setting.

Redruth North Ward Children's Centre
Cornwall County Council has been awarded a priority 4.1 grant. This project will construct, staff and run a children's centre on the Pennoweth primary school site. Jobcentre plus will be based at the centre, as will the Child and Family Health Services and the centre will also house a community café. The facilities provided at the centre will be available to all families as well as workless people without children.

Project Cream Tea (Rodda)
Rodda's have been awarded a priority 1.4 and 4.6 grant. This project is to re-organise and expand the premises to allow improvements to the processing, product and transport flows and to increase production, chilling and freezing capacity to meet the growing demand for cream based products and to provide a new capacity for processing skimmed milk bi-products.

Glendurgan
The National Trust have been awarded a priority 4.6 grant. The project will allow the National Trust to extend the tea house at Glendurgan. This will allow for the greater use of local produce and suppliers through increased marketing opportunities and placement of interpretative materials.

Preventing Exclusions Priority 3.4 project to provide opportunities for a group of young people with behavioural and emotional problems, who are in danger of being excluded from mainstream education. The aim of the project is to deliver a fun learning environment to the youngsters designed to boost self-esteem, raise aspiration and achievement and thereby improving their chances of being employable in the future, and more immediately, to help them fit back into their classroom environment.
