Development of St Austell Enterprise Park
The development of St Austell Enterprise Park has been awarded a
priority 4.8 grant. The aim of the project is the provision of a
range of high quality, contemporary, sustainable office and industrial
units overlooking St Austell Bay. The enterprise park will be built
on a speculative basis in response to the widely acknowledged market
failure of high demand for such units and a lack of premises within
the St Austell area, and throughout Cornwall.

St Austell Civic Pride
St Austell Civic Pride project has been awarded a priority 5.5 grant.
The project is focused on St Austell town centre and the key arrival
corridors to the town. It comprises a comprehensive package of works
to improve paving, planting, lighting, building frontages, signs,
seating and ancillary structures in the town centre streets. In
addition the proposals also introduce 'garden gateways' that mark
the transition from the surrounding roads to the main Civic Pride
area. This is phase one of a five phase programme of works to improve
the town centre of St Austell.
