dyskans Learning Management System receives SCORM certification

PTT, a knowledge solutions company based in west Cornwall, has today announced that its dyskans Learning Management System (LMS) has been certified as SCORM conformant by the ADL Certification Testing Centre at Wisconsin USA.

SCORM is an internationally accepted collection of standards and specifications which has the aim of ensuring the interoperability of web-based learning content with delivery and management systems. SCORM is administered by the independent Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative based in the USA.

The dyskans LMS was developed by PTT with assistance from the Combined Universities in Cornwall (CUC) Research Fund.

dyskans provides a cost-effective, proven solution for access to e-learning and is already delivering training to many hundreds of users worldwide.

dyskans has a comprehensive set of training facilities including online tutoring and training analysis tools. Certification of dyskans confirms its ability to provide access to e-learning courses from different providers assuming their conformance to SCORM.
