B3 Comes to Camelford

After the success of the St Neot B3 event that was organised with Caradon District Council in May last year, the Bodmin Moor & Camelford Partnership are bringing the B3 experience to Camelford and surrounding area on Wednesday 5th May.

The aim of the B3 – Big Business Breakfast – event is to give small and micro-businesses in and around Camelford the opportunity to meet many of the organisations and agencies involved with business support. There will be attendance from representatives of organisations such as the Best of Bodmin Moor marketing group and Business Link and there will be information on what advice and investment is available to help your business grow and prosper.

The Bodmin Moor & Camelford Partnership have organised the Camelford B3, which will take place on Wednesday 5th May at Camelford Hall, with the support of North Cornwall District Council and the Camelford Women's Institute group.

The original idea behind the B3, brainchild of Martin Eddy of Caradon District Council, was to overcome the problem of smaller businesses generally being overlooked by such events. Bigger companies are often catered for at large exhibits, which are usually held during the day. For small businesses, this may be time out of work they could ill afford.

For this reason, the event will run 7.00-9.00am on Wednesday 5th May, to ensure that as many small business representatives are able to attend as possible.

If you are a small business from the Camelford area, and would like to attend the Camelford B3, please contact the Bodmin Moor & Camelford Partnership office as soon as possible, but not later than Wednesday 28th April, on 01208 79822 or e-mail bmac@cornwall.gov.uk.
